that you on occasion will need service support.
Defence have engineers available 24-7 to
ensure when your need arises we deliver.
We also have ‘VERA’ – Virtual
Engineer Remote Access – allowing our
experienced technical support engineers
to dial into your system and provide instant
support – all this backed up with our
24hr service and help line – we don’t
sell a system and walk away!

attained NSI Gold standard for our service.
