Police Response For Your Alarm System
The Homezone Alarm system complies with the requirements of the Police so that we can offer you police response in the event of an activation (subject to conditions). An additional charge of up to £45.00 has to be paid to cover the cost of the certificate required by the police.
In order to minimise the national incidence of false alarms, the police introduced a series of requirements for alarm systems that meet European technical standards, to be compliant for police responce. In summary, there must be a confirmed alarm - at least 2 different detectors are activated within a short period of time. They must be installed and maintained by an accredited company and they must have a proper survey/risk assessment.
The Homezone system meets these requirements and we can now offer police response following a survey.
