Defence have installed
over 4000 systems each one individual -
let's break it down - door contacts to all
external doors, movement detection in key
rooms or areas we feel intruders will travel
through, vibration sensors or breakglass
detection for early warning, Smoke systems
filling rooms with smoke thus preventing
the intruder from seeing – connection
to a monitoring station for Police or Key
holder response. Defence provide all of
the above using quality materials –
however, it is the performance and design
of the system which is critical – if
the system has false alarms the Police will
withdraw their support and will not attend,
this can effect your insurance – choosing
the correct supplier is a business critical
decision.
